This Addendum to the Settlement Agreement (the “Addendum”), effective as of the date of the last signature below, is made by and between plaintiff Shayan Kamrava (“Shayan Kamrava” or “Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), on behalf of himself individually and on behalf of a putative class of all other similarly situated persons (identified and defined in Section II of the Agreement as the “TCPA Settlement Class” and “RFDCPA Settlement Sub-Class,” together the “Settlement Classes”), and defendant CENLAR FSB (“Defendant” or “Cenlar”). The Plaintiff, Defendant, and the Settlement Classes to the Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Settling Parties.” Plaintiff and Defendant are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
