This Master Subscription Agreement is between Nginx, Inc. ("Nginx"), with its principal place of business at 600 Montgomery Street, 43rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111 and the purchaser or user of Nginx's Products or Support Services that accepts the terms of this Agreement ("Customer"). The effective date of this Agreement ("Effective Date") is the date that Customer uses Nginx's Products or Support Services or agrees to these terms by entering into an Order Form. Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the sections in which they are used and in Section 11 below.
