This Seventh Amendment to the Exclusive Franchise Agreement for the Collections, Hauling, and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste for the City of Stephenville, Texas ("Seventh Amendment") is made and entered into effective as of the 7th day of March , 2023, by and between WASTE CONNECTIONS LONESTAR, INC. ("Service Provider"), and the CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS ("City"). Service Provider and City are each individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall be given the meaning ascribed to them within the Agreement (as defined below).
