THIS SUBLEASE, dated as of July , 2018, and entered into by and between the BUNCOMBE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, a body politic and corporate and local educational agency of the State of North Carolina, as sublessor (the “Board of Education”), and ENKA-CANDLER FIRE & RESCUE DEPARTMENT, INC., a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina for the purpose of providing fire protection and other emergency services pursuant to Chapter 69 of the North Carolina General Statutes, (the “Department”).
