November 16, 2023, (the “Effective Date”), is by and between the New York City department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”), having its principal office at 830 Fifth Avenue, The Arsenal, New York, NY 10065 and the New York City Office of Technology and Innovation (“OTI”),1 having its principal office at 2 MetroTech Center, P1 Level Mailroom, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (collectively, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”).
