This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Orange County Health Authority, a public agency dba CalOptima Health (“MCP”) and Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc., dba Heluna Health, (“Agency”), effective as of August 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”). Agency, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
