This Cloud Services Agreement governs acquisition and use of cloud-hosted “Services” (including “Purchased Services”, “Trials”, “Free Services”, and “Non-GA Services”) made available on or through Hexagon’s Nexus Platform or the HxGN SFx Platform, as well as any other Hexagon cloud-hosted Services for which this Cloud Services Agreement is specifically referenced as the governing terms and conditions. This Cloud Services Agreement also sets forth terms regarding access to and use of the Platform in general. Capitalized terms have the definitions set forth herein.
