This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is made and entered into as of this 3 day of May, 2018 forms part of our Terms and Conditions (available at https://applitools.com/terms-of-use) (the “Agreement”). You acknowledge that you, on your own behalf as an individual and on behalf of [ ] incorporated under law, with its principal offices located at (“Organization”) (collectively, “You”, "Your”, “Customer”, or “Data Controller”) have read and understood and agree to comply with this DPA, and are entering into a binding legal agreement with Applitools as defined below (“Applitools”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”, “Service Provider” or “Data Processor”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as such terms are defined below) of European individuals. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
