THIS AGREEMENT, made this 23rd day of January 2017, between Wilkinsburg School District, a public school district organized pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its administrative offices at 718 Wallace Avenue, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, hereinafter referenced as “District,” and Allegheny Global Environmental, Inc., 37 West Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106, hereinafter referenced as “Consultant.”
