These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and all Exhibits and Attachments attached hereto (collectively the “Agreement”) is entered into between Kreato Software Inc. (“Kreato”), and the Partner (“Partner”), (collectively “Parties”), and sets forth the terms and conditions for the participation in the Kreato CRM Authorized Sales Partner Program (the “Partner Program”). By submitting the application form or linking to the partner program website you are deemed to have agreed to be bound to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. This Agreement shall replace any and supersede all prior agreements between the Parties with respect
