This Purchase Agreement for Artwork (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective this day of , 2021 by and between the City of McPherson, Kansas a city of the second class, with its principal place of business located at 400 E. Kansas Ave, McPherson, Ks 67460 (“Collector”) and Sutton Betti, d/b/a Sutton Betti Sculptures, with his principal place of business located 2347 W 8th St, Loveland, Colorado, (collectively “Artist”). Collector and Artist may be hereinafter referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties" or as "Collector" and "Artist".
