Based on my work with the district to locate other viable site options, I feel that Related is not negotiating in good faith with the District and wasting time. Repeatedly, “no they can’t do that,” is the company’s response. Recently, I proposed dividing the 88 acres Related owns into two lots. The company could donate the 40 southernly acres for the future school site fields and gymnasium on Sterling Lake Rd (County 84), as an alternate site After wasting two weeks they tried to offer 10 northerly acres of the site. This area is as mountainous and rocky as the altered original 40 acres near the school.”
