This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) amends and is incorporated into the terms of any existing and current agreement between CopperEgg Corporation (“CopperEgg”) and the counterparty agreeing to these terms (“Customer”), which, as a result, CopperEgg accesses, collects, acquires, receives, transfers, processes, and/or uses Personal Data (defined below) from or on behalf of Customer or its Affiliates (“Agreement”).
