, , by ("the Municipality"), and Central Maine Power Company ("the Company”). This Agreement sets forth the agreement between the Municipality and the Company with respect to the terms and conditions under which the Company may sell and provide light fixtures attached to Company poles and the Municipality may install, own and maintain light fixtures attached to poles owned by the Company, whether such poles are owned individually by the Company or as joint owner with another entity (Company Owned Poles”). The Municipality and the Company may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
