The parties hereto have agreed to enter into these presents for the purpose of maintaining harmonious relations between the Corporation and the Association; to establish and maintain rates of pay, hours, and working conditions, and to provide an amicable method of settling grievances. Use of the masculine gender in this Agreement shall be considered to also include the feminine.
