This Intellectual Property License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 26, 2022, by and between Harley-Davidson, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (“HD”), and LiveWire EV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LiveWire”).
