The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between McMaster University and its Employees represented under this Agreement by the McMaster University Staff Association, CLC Local 2003-1, (MUSA), to ensure the timely handling and disposition of complaints and grievances and to set for an Agreement covering rates of pay and other working conditions.
