These Terms and Conditions apply to our card processing program. For simplicity, we refer to ourselves (i.e., Worldpay Integrated Payments) as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Processor” in this document. We refer to you (i.e., the legal entity or sole proprietorship indicated on the Application) as “you” or “your” or “Merchant.” Parties to the Agreement are Processor, Member Bank, and Merchants. Other parties may also be parties to this Agreement (e.g., Guarantor). Terms that are capitalized but not defined are defined in Section 17.
