This Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the date set forth above, by and between Churchill Benefit Corporation dba Yurcor ("Yurcor"), and the Participant, as identified below, and its majority owned worldwide subsidiaries (the "Participant"). Unless the Participant indicates on the Participant's line below that this Agreement will apply only to a specific division or location, this Agreement will apply to the Participant's entire company worldwide.
