THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (“County”), and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston, Inc., a non-profit, Texas corporation, (“Boys & Girls Club”) to perform Services at the Fifth Street Community Center; Mission Bend Community Center; Richmond Community Center; and Rosenberg Area Youth Center (the “Community Center”) located in Fort Bend County, Texas (collectively referred to as the “parties”).
