This agreement is made and entered into this 20 day of June 2022December 2015 by and between the Southwest Wisconsin Counties Consortium, hereinafter referred to as “SWCC”, and the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “SWWDB” to ensure the proper planning and oversight of workforce development activities and compliance to the WIOA and applicable regulations.
