UH is a body politic and is authorized to enter into this MOU. KCC is a campus within the University of Hawai’i System, whose business address is 3-1901 Kaumuali’i Hwy, Lihu’e, Hawaii 96766 and signs this MOU to acknowledge its responsibility under this MOU.
