Golf carts (cart(s)) are not permitted on the public streets of Waters Edge (Association) pursuant to Florida State Statute 316.212. The City of Port Orange has not designated any of its public roadways for golf cart use. The statute* is provided at the bottom of this document for reference. This agreement does not address "low-speed vehicles" 1 or "mini trucks" 2 as they must comply with Florida State Statute 316.2122.
