These Terms and Conditions (Terms) are agreed between you and Prop Trade Tech LLC (2784 LLC 2022) (the Company) and sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your Account and your use of the Services (including under an Assessment Program or as a Funded Trader or ancillary services associated with either or both). These Terms are effective immediately on successful registration of your Account and continue until terminated or you stop using the Services in accordance with clause 18. By registering your Account and using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
