This Customer Agreement, including any applicable addenda to this Customer Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions between you and Viasat by Nunn Telephone Company (“Service Provider,” “Us” or “We”) applicable to Viasat Internet access service. Service Provider is an authorized distributor of Viasat Communications, Inc. (“Viasat”). Please read this Agreement carefully since it contains important contract rights and obligations between you and Service Provider, as well as important limitations on those rights.
