This Collective Bargaining Agreement is entered into by and between the Portsmouth City Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board/Employer” and Local 2684 and Ohio Council 8 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”, and has, as its purpose, the establishment of wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for all employees in the bargaining unit of this Agreement.
