This Public Work Construction Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this 18th day of November, 2014, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter “City”), and Larry Jacinto Construction, Inc. (hereinafter "Contractor"). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
