THIS CONTRACT made and entered into on this 27th day of July, 2020, by and between the City of Sparks, Nevada, a municipal corporation, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "City", and Truckee Meadows Construction, a qualified Contractor in the class of work required, hereinafter called "Contractor".
