THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The City of Santaquin, (the “Client”) and Fides LLC DBA Lincoln Hill Partners., (“Lincoln Hill”).
