This contract amendment is entered into March 24, 2020 and dated to be effective March 24, 2020, between the City of Wichita (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) and Inter-Faith Ministries, Inc. now known as HumanKind Ministries Wichita, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Subrecipient).
