THIS REMARKETING AGENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into June 3, 2013, between the LANCASTER COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER AUTHORITY, a public instrumentality and body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Borrower”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Remarketing Agent”).
