This Agreement for Services (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 28th day of May 2021 by and between the City of Eastvale, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Teaman, Ramirez & Smith, Inc., a California Corporation (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
