This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into by and among the following Settling Parties (as defined below): (i) Hector Morales, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below) by and through his counsel at Mason Lietz & Klinger, LLP (“Proposed Settlement Class Counsel”); (ii) Mirtha De La Vega, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, by and through her counsel at Mason Lietz & Klinger, LLP, (iii) Katherine Wrenfro (together with Hector Morales and Mirtha De La Vega, the “Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, by and through her counsel at Morgan & Morgan, The Consumer Protection Firm and Rhine Law Firm, P.C. (“Proposed Settlement Class Counsel”); (iv) Cano Health, LLC (“Cano”) by and through its counsel at Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel and Dechert LLP. The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and set
