This Lease and Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 25th day of January, 2022, by and between the City of Rapid City, South Dakota (“City”) by and through the Rapid City Regional Airport Board (“Lessor”) and David Laughlin ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee may hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties.”
