It is a condition of being connected to the Electrical Distribution System that you accept the terms and conditions under which a connection to the Electricity Distribution System is provided, from the date that your connection was provided. Use by you or another person (whether or not such a person is acting with your authority) of this connection provided by ESB Networks Ltd is deemed to be acceptance of terms and conditions under which a connection to the Electricity Distribution System is provided. These terms and conditions include:-
