This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 4, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between BullsEye Telecom, Inc. (“BullsEye”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, with offices at 25900 Greenfield, Suite 330, Oak Park, MI 48237 and Verizon North Inc. and Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 100 Executive Drive, Marion, OH 43302 (Verizon and BullsEye may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

(“BullsEye”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, with offices at 25900 Greenfield, Suite 330, Oak Park, MI 48237 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and BullsEye may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
