In an effort to streamline the way the State of California conducts business, we are in the process of standardizing current contracting procedures and formats. The first step toward achieving this goal is to eliminate unnecessary duplication of agreement language and documentation. You will note that in the new format of the Standard Agreement (STD 213), a copy of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is not provided. The GTC are available on the Internet at www.ols.dgs.ca.gov/Standard+Language and may be downloaded and printed for your files. However, if you do not have Internet capabilities, you may request a hard copy by contacting the person listed in the paragraph below.
