However, we recognise that as children grow up and want to assert their independence by walking to and from school, it is reassuring to parents to be able to contact them. Therefore, if you require your child to bring a mobile phone to school, we ask you to agree and adhere to the following; • The school takes no responsibility for a phone that may be brought onto its premises and cannot be held liable for loss, damage or theft.• Your child must hand in their phone at morning registration to their class teacher. The phone will be stored in the school office throughout the day and returned at the end of the day.• Only those children who have a mobile agreement in place are allowed to have a phone in school.• The phone will not be used whilst your child is on school premises, either in the building or on the playground.• Failure to adhere t
