This Work Order (this “Work Order”) is effective as of September 21, 2016 (“Work Order Agreement Date”), and is made a part of the Delivery Provider Terms of Service (as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Terms”) agreed between Amazon UK Services Ltd (“Amazon”) and Meridian Business Support (“you”) via the delivery provider site (https://logistics.amazon.co.uk/). This Work Order incorporates the Terms, and each Schedule attached to this Work Order (including the policies set forth on Schedule A to this Work Order (the “Policies”)). Please see the Terms for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in this Work Order.
