This Data Sharing/Use Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Jefferson County Board of Education, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky doing business as the Jefferson County Public Schools (“JCPS”), and Cengage Learning, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of DE (“Services Provider”) describes the services to be provided to JCPS by Services Provider, and the means to be used by Services Provider to ensure the confidentiality and security of information and data exchanged between JCPS and Services Provider in connection with the provision of the services.
