Xyngular Member Policies (Effective 3/12/2018)October 12th, 2020
These Policies and the Member Agreement constitute the complete agreement (the “Contract”) between a Member and Xyngular (the Company). The Company reserves the right to modify either of these documents, but will publish notice of any change at least 30 days before that change is made effective. Modifications shall not apply retroactively to conduct that occurred prior to the effective date of the amendment. Notification of modifications shall be posted in Company publications, by separate mailing or email, social media, or through publication on the Company website.
