This Master Equipment Rental Contract (“Contract”) made by and between HOOVER MATERIALS HANDLING GROUP, INC. d/b/a Hoover Ferguson (“Hoover Ferguson”) and (“Customer”) contains, along with any addendums hereto and the Rental Terms and Conditions found at www.hooverferguson.com, all incorporated by reference, the terms and conditions governing the rental of all equipment from Hoover Ferguson by Customer (“Equipment”). Such Equipment may include, but not be limited to, containers compliant with the International Standards Organization (individually, “ISO tank”), offshore containers, and cargo carrying units (“CCUs”, or intermediate bulk containers (“IBC”). In the event Customer utilizes the level monitoring and asset location service (“Liquitrac”), Equipment shall also include, but not be limited to GPS and cellular equipment, such as RFID and GPS units, and associated reading and communication equipment.
