This Infrastructure and Additional Shared Cost Funding Agreement (“Agreement”), effective on July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among East Cascades Workforce Investment Board (dba East Cascades Works), an Oregon non-profit corporation, acting as the Local Workforce Development Board (the "Local WDB") for Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, Wheeler, Jefferson, Deschutes, Crook, Klamath and Lake counties (the “Local Area”), the chief elected official for the Local Area (“CEO”), and each other party whose name and signature appears on the signature pages hereof (each, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
