This letter serves to confirm PetroSA’s award of the abovementioned tender to Company. This Acceptance Agreement, together with all the annexes attached hereto, constitutes a contract between PetroSA and Company for a period of 36 months with effect from 01 March 2019 (“the Effective Date”). The Standard Terms and Conditions for PetroSA Rev 02 (Part I and Part II - Section A and Section C), attached hereto as Annexuree “B” shall be applicable to this contract. The scope of service, with special conditions and pricing are set out in the Transaction Document annexed hereto and marked as “Annexure A”.
