This request is to Terminate for convenience the Agreement dated May 18, 2021, the First Amendment to the Agreement dated August 24, 2021, and the Second Amendment to the Agreement dated January 11, 2022, between The Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) and The School Board of Broward County, Florida, pursuant to section 3.05 of the Agreement; and to authorize the Superintendent of Schools or her designee to send a thirty (30) day written notice to Public Consulting Group LLC of the termination for convenience of same Agreement (including all Amendments).
