This Software as a Service Agreement and its supplements (collectively, the “SaaS Agreement” or “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Acoustic, L.P. (“Acoustic”) will provide the Customer (as defined within the Quote) with: (i) access to certain SaaS products as set forth on the Quote (the “SaaS Product(s)”) through Acoustic’s Software as a Service offering; and (ii) certain professional services (the “Professional Services”) as more specifically set forth on a statement of work (“SOW”) or the Quote. The SaaS Product(s) and certain Professional Services are further described in the Service Descriptions as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto (for purposes of this Agreement, the applicable Service Descriptions shall be referred to as the “Documentation”).
