The undersigned (hereinafter called the "Owner") hereby makes application for and agrees to take from the Village of Waterman ("Village") the services covered by this application at the address given above, and agrees to pay the Village, at Village Hall, 215 West Adams Street, Waterman, Illinois no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the quarterly billing date, for such services furnished during the period for which said billing is rendered, according to the amount thereof as established by, and in accordance with, the standard rates of the Village as from time to time established for such class of service, The Village shall not be obligated under this agreement to furnish any service of a type or character not available from the existing lines or facilities of the Village.
