The purpose of this contract is to provide a single-source vendor to manage and ensure legal compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) was introduced over 25 years ago and is a federal law that provides eligible employees with unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons. Eligible employees may take up to 12 workweeks of leave in a 12-month period.
