By acceptance of the Purchase Order ("PO"), Supplier unqualifiedly and unconditionally agrees to the terms and conditions of this PO and related specifications ("Specifications") to the extent such Specifications are supplemental to, consistent with and necessarily anticipated by this PO; provided, however, that if Supplier and Purchaser have a currently effective Agreement governing purchases ("Purchase Agreement"), then Supplier's Acceptance shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement as supplemented by this PO.
