(Medicare Advantage Health Plan or MA Health Plan), an entity organized under the laws of the State of and having its principal office at 20405 State Highway 249, Suite 375, Houston, Texas 77070. HHSC and MA Health Plan may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
